 Are you curious about working with crystals? This workshop is perfect for all levels of experience as we will cover a wide range of topics from selection and care to chakra healing and stone structure.
Crystals are more then just pretty things the earth creates, they contain useful energy available to us. They are a powerful ally for grounding, self care and intention setting. We’ll discuss the energetic properties of a variety of crystals, how to cleanse, charge and use them with the chakras.
Participants will get to experience different crystal meditations and will leave with the confidence to work with stones on their own.
There will be built in time for a Q+A and we will cover a lot of information so be sure to bring a pen and paper!
Crystals will be available for purchase at The Alchemist's Kitchen and students are welcome to bring stones from their own collection.Â

Laura Lukos is a Queens based Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Access Bars Practitioner. She discovered these modalities while working through her own anxiety and started Golden Willow Healing to guide others on their journey to emotional wellness. Laura uses these noninvasive treatments to facilitate deep relaxation and provide access to the parasympathetic state where true healing can occur. In addition to her one-on-one work, she has led workshops all over New York City and has offered healing at retreats and festivals throughout the country.

Laura holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and hails from Minnesota so she feels deeply connected to Prince and tater-tot hot dish.Â
